At checkout: your name, email, shipping address and order details. We never see your full card number: Stripe handles payment.

Basic usage information, such as which pages and steps you used, to find problems and improve the service.

Who we share it with

Our production and shipping partner receives your name, address and the design files to make and deliver your order.

Stripe processes your payment.

Our AI provider receives your chat messages and any images you upload so it can create designs.

Our hosting and email providers handle data on our behalf. We don't sell your information.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep your chat and cart together on your device. We don't use advertising cookies at the moment. If that changes, we'll update this page.

Photos of people

Only upload photos you have the right to use, and of people who are comfortable with it. We use your photos only to make your design.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as the law requires. We keep chats and uploaded images only as long as we need them to make your order and support you.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your chats, uploads and personal data, or to send you a copy, by emailing [email protected]. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as order and tax records.
