Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. If your country isn't in the checkout list, we can't deliver there yet.

How long it takes

Your item is made after you order, which usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery then takes about 3 to 7 business days within the US, so most US orders arrive in 5 to 12 business days in total.

Canada and Mexico often take longer because of customs. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy seasons can add time.

We review each order before it goes into production, and we'll email you if we need anything from you.

What it costs

Shipping is quoted for your address at checkout, before you pay. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the items and shipping.

Tracking and multiple items

We email you tracking when your order ships. Items in one order can be made in different places, so they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Address mistakes and lost packages

Please check your address before paying. We can't change it once your order is in production, and a package returned for a wrong address may need to be re-sent at your cost.

If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, or it hasn't moved for 10 days, email us and we'll look into it.
