What we do

Zusoro Studio lets you describe a design in a chat, preview it on a product, and order it. An AI model helps create the artwork. The products are made and shipped by our production partner.

Designs made with AI

The artwork is generated by AI from your instructions. It may not match what you pictured, and you can ask for changes before you order. We can't promise that AI-generated artwork qualifies for copyright protection.

As between you and us, you may use the designs created for your order for your own personal use and as the finished product.

What you can and can't ask for

Please don't request designs that use someone else's trademarks, logos, brand names, characters or sports teams, a real person's face or name without their permission, or content that is hateful, sexual, violent or illegal.

We may decline a design, cancel an order and refund it if it breaks these rules or our production partner won't print it.

Your uploads

If you upload an image, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, including permission from anyone shown in it.

You give us permission to process the image, send it to our service providers, and print it on the product you order. We don't use your uploads for anything else.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping, and any taxes that apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may correct a pricing error and will tell you before charging you the corrected amount.

Orders, shipping and refunds

Our Shipping and Refunds and reprints pages are part of these terms.

Our responsibility

We provide the service as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can't be limited.
